Leadership Assessment + Feedback
See yourself clearly. Lead from there.

The higher you go, the harder it becomes to get an accurate picture of yourself.

Feedback gets filtered. Strengths get taken for granted. Patterns that once helped you succeed can quietly start getting in your way. And the gap between how you intend to lead and how others experience you can be surprisingly difficult to see from the inside.
We help leaders close that gap.
The Leadership Profile
Our signature assessment experience, built to answer a deceptively difficult question: What is it really like to be led by you?
The Leadership Profile goes well beyond a traditional 360 or personality assessment. We combine validated assessments, candid stakeholder feedback gathered through confidential interviews or a 360 designed for the organization, and the leader's own experiences to understand the whole person behind the role.
But gathering the data is the easy part.
The value is in making sense of it.
We look across everything we learn for the patterns, contradictions, and connections that matter. Where does a strength become a liability when overused? What might others see that the leader cannot? Which behaviors are situational, and which follow them from role to role? What is getting in the way of the leader they want to become?

We synthesize those insights into a deeply personalized Leadership Profile. Not a stack of assessment reports. Not pages of anonymous comments. A clear, thoughtful narrative about who this person is as a leader, what makes them effective, how others experience them, and where focused growth could make the biggest difference.
Then we sit down and talk about it.
The conversation is candid and thoughtful, and often one leaders remember for years. Together, we turn insight into a small number of meaningful development priorities and a roadmap the leader can actually use. When the organization is sponsoring the work, we partner with leadership to ensure the process reflects the context and expectations surrounding the role while preserving the trust that makes honest development possible.
The goal isn't to give someone a score.
It's to give them a level of self-understanding they can lead from.
Feedback
Sometimes a leader doesn't need the full Leadership Profile. They need to know how they're landing.
We gather candid feedback from the people who experience the leader from different vantage points, either through confidential interviews or a 360 survey designed around the organization's leadership expectations and culture.
Then we look beyond individual comments for the story underneath them. What themes keep surfacing? Where is there consistency? Where are experiences strikingly different? And what might people be trying to say that has never quite been said directly?
We distill that into a clear narrative, supported by meaningful examples and focused opportunities for growth. Leaders hear what matters without being buried in raw comments or left to interpret conflicting feedback on their own.
Done well, feedback should create clarity, not defensiveness. It should leave a leader feeling seen and challenged, with a clearer understanding of where to focus next.
Honest insight, delivered with care. That's where growth begins.
