Drawing on more than two decades of executive leadership experience, Kevin partners with executives and leadership teams to navigate change, strengthen organizations, develop leaders, and turn strategy into action. Whether facilitating strategic planning, coaching leaders, or driving complex initiatives, he helps organizations build the capacity to grow, adapt, and thrive.
Kevin spent more than 20 years as Executive Director of the SCGA Junior Golf Foundation, where he led a $4.5 million organization with more than 80 full-time and part-time employees. During his tenure, he strengthened operations, governance, partnerships, and organizational sustainability while expanding opportunities for tens of thousands of young people across Southern California. His leadership helped position the Foundation as one of the nation's most respected youth development organizations.
He also serves as CEO of The Maggie Junior Golf & Community Foundation, helping lead one of Southern California's most significant public-private community redevelopment initiatives. As the Foundation's executive leader, Kevin led the fundraising strategy, strategic partnerships, and organizational leadership behind the $25 million U.S. Open Legacy Campaign, including the $21 million transformation of the historic Maggie Hathaway Golf Course into a nationally recognized community asset. His ability to unite government agencies, business leaders, philanthropists, and community organizations around a shared vision has become a defining strength of his consulting and leadership approach.
Clients value Kevin's ability to simplify complexity, connect strategy with execution, and create alignment across organizations. His collaborative style, thoughtful questions, and practical perspective help leaders build confidence, strengthen relationships, and move from ideas to meaningful action.
Kevin believes the most meaningful work happens when people, purpose, and performance come together to create lasting impact. He measures success not by the plans that are written, but by the leaders who grow, the organizations that become stronger, and the meaningful change they create together.
