Head of Leadership Development

Katie has a Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology and over 15 years of experience in management consulting and leadership development. Katie has worked with hundreds of leaders to increase their effectiveness and better understand themselves and their teams. Her ability to clearly identify root issues without getting lost in "the noise" serves her clients well when it comes to developing concrete and actionable plans. Katie enjoys helping people understand how to thrive in their ‘every day’ and push through, around or over unique changes and challenges.

She brings a broad range of experience including teaching at the collegiate level, change management, program design and implementation, and working one-on-one with leaders and their teams.


A skilled facilitator, Katie designed and facilitated an annual, year-long mentoring program pairing mid-level high potential leaders with senior leaders. She has also designed and facilitated workshops, team off sites, and team development sessions on a range of topics including leadership, trust, accountability, effective teams and collaborating with different personalities.


Katie earned a doctorate in Industrial Organizational Psychology from George Mason University and a bachelor of science in Psychology from the University of Georgia. She is certified in the following:  Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument and 360 Profiler.
